These early years are key in the development of a child’s life and set the foundation for competence and coping skills that affect the child’s learning, behaviour and health throughout life.
As a home child care practitioner, you play a pivotal role in the child’s early life alongside his/her parents. Research has shown there are factors which contribute to the provision of a higher quality of home child care.
